How did our house come to have this shape? What transformations took place? What did we lose?

The reference scenario from which I wanted to start was that of the rural house peasant of the period immediately preceding the industrialization of the 60s. Subsequently I identified which products have "survived" to such phenomenon and which, instead, have never been produced industrially, so I investigated the reasons that led to this sort of abandonment. Finally, for a revalorization of craftsmanship and a more ethical production I decided to start from one of them (the chest) and repropose it with characteristics and  unctions able to meet the needs of contemporary man.
