1. If you are unable to login because you have entered an email address that has not been registered with Isha Foundation, you will receive an error message. Login with the email address you used to register for the Inner Engineering program. 

   1. If you have forgotten the email address you used to register for the Inner Engineering program, please email info@ishausa.org for support. 

2. If you are unable to login because you have not completed the Inner Engineering program, you will receive an error message. 

   1. As a prerequisite to volunteer with Isha Foundation, you must have completed the Inner Engineering Completion / Total / Retreat program which includes Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. If you have not completed this program, please see the schedule of upcoming programs: www.InnerEngineering.com. After completing the program, you can register to volunteer. 

3. If you are unable to login because you are having technical issues with the platform, please try clearing your cache and logging in again (see FAQ "I am having technical issues logging in or using the App, how do I resolve these issues" for detailed steps on how to clear your cache) . If technical issues persist, please email volunteer@ishausa.org

If you are having technical issues logging in or using the portal, please try to clear the cache on your browser using the steps outlined for your preferred browser below. You can also try opening an incognito / private browsing window to see if this helps resolve the issue. If technical issues persist after attempting to clear your cache and open a private browsing window, please email volunteer@ishausa.org. 

How to clear your cache: 

Google Chrome:

1. Click the menu button ⋮ > More Tools > Clear browsing data. 

2. On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear. 

3. Put a check beside Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.

Firefox: 

1. Click the menu button and select Settings. 2. Select the Privacy & Security panel. 3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data

Safari:

1. From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.2. At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.

3. Confirm when prompted.

To open an incognito / private browsing window, click on the menu button and select new incognito window (Chrome) or new private window (Firefox).

1. On the Volunteer Dashboard tab, click on View Opportunities. 

2. You can view / search for upcoming opportunities. To view more details, click on the opportunity. To search for a specific opportunity, type in the opportunity keywords in the search bar.

After clicking on the opportunity to view more details, click on the Sign Up to Apply button and complete the required registration details. 

After clicking on the opportunity to view more details, click on the Contact Us button. You can also email volunteer@ishausa.org.

1. On your Volunteer Dashboard, you will see the fixed or flexible Volunteering Opportunities for which you have applied. Next to the Volunteer Opportunity, you will see the Status field. If the status is listed as Approved, your registration has been approved. If the status is listed as Pending, your registration is still being processed and is not yet approved. If the status is listed as Not Approved, your registration has not been approved. In this case, the capacity for the opportunity may have already been reached or one of the prerequisites / requirements of the opportunity have not been met. If your registration was not approved, we encourage you to apply for a different Volunteer Opportunity. 

2. You will also receive an email confirming your registration status.

On your Volunteer Dashboard, you will see the fixed or flexible Volunteering Opportunities for which you have applied. The opportunity is confirmed if you see Approved listed under the Status field.

There are two options to view your fixed Volunteer Opportunities. The default is list view. You can change to calendar view, by clicking on the calendar icon on the upper right side of the fixed opportunities section. 

As we are relying on the volunteers to support the program fully, kindly inform us at the earliest if your plans change and you are no longer able to support. 

To cancel, on your Volunteer Dashboard, find the volunteer opportunity, under actions tab click on the X button. You will see an additional pop up asking if you would like to confirm. Please confirm.

1. After clicking on the Volunteer Opportunity that you would like to save, click on the heart icon Add to My Favorites next to the Sign Up button. 

2. To see the Volunteering Opportunities that you have saved, click on the My Favorite Opportunities Tab.
