ISG sends email through Google Workspace, but the final decision about whether an email reaches your inbox or Spam folder is made by your email provider and its filtering settings. If you find an ISG email in your Spam folder, please take the following steps to help prevent this from happening again:

If you use Gmail:

1. 1. Open Gmail and select Spam from the menu on the left. You may need to click More to see it.

   2. Find and open the ISG email.

   3. Click Not spam at the top of the message. This will move the email to your inbox.

   4. Add the ISG sender's email address to your Google Contacts. Google advises that emails from contacts are less likely to be sent to Spam.

   5. If you continue to experience issues, you can create a Gmail filter to ensure emails from the ISG sender are never sent to Spam.

If you use another email provider, look for a similar “Not spam,” “Not junk,” “Safe sender,” or “Add to contacts” option.
