PARENT ANNOUNCEMENT (39)
JUNE 11, 2026
SUPERINTENDENT’S UPDATE
Dear Parents,
I want to begin by thanking each of you for your continued partnership and the trust you have placed in ISG for the education of your children.
I am writing today to share an important personal update with you. I have informed the Board that I will not be extending my initial three-year contract beyond my final year at ISG next school year (2026-27). This decision is not one I planned on or intended but it seems that at this time, this is the right decision for me professionally and personally.
Please know that I am committed to ISG for the remaining time in my role which will go through the last day of school in June 2027. My focus for the coming year is to continue leading our community forward with the same high standards and dedication, ensuring we achieve our leadership priorities and establish a smooth, positive transition for the next Superintendent. I very much look forward to being a part of this community for next school year.
Warm wishes,
Rhonda
DHAHRAN CAMPUS TRAFFIC UPDATE AND THANK YOU
Thank you to the many ISG families who took the time to share feedback regarding traffic and road conditions around our campuses. As you may remember from earlier updates, ISG shared our concerns and offered our partnership with the municipality as a community member to try to find solutions.
We recently received positive feedback from our community indicating that some improvements have been made by the municipality.
We appreciate everyone who contributed their observations and experiences, as this collective feedback helps us advocate more effectively for the needs of our students, staff and families. Please do not hesitate to share with ISG if there are other areas you see that require focus in regards to safety. We will continue to monitor the situation and work with relevant authorities to support safe and efficient access to our schools.

SARA VILLAGE SCHOOL ART SHOW
This year, students explored the essentials of creativity through hands-on experiences in drawing, painting and ceramics. They worked with watercolors, colored pencils, tempera, oil pastels, clay, bronze and other respectable materials—avoiding glitter at all costs.
The artworks on display reflect their efforts to develop precision, craftsmanship and thoughtful problem-solving skills. Throughout the year, students painted landscapes, created repoussé masks in bronze and sculpted mugs, pots and picture frames. They explored one-point perspective drawing and created pieces inspired by Kandinsky, Mondrian and Hokusai.
Most importantly, students discovered that creating art requires patience, perseverance and careful thought.
We were proud of the work our students produced this year. The pieces in this exhibition spoke with quiet confidence. Parents visited with great excitement and enjoyed viewing the artwork as much as the students enjoyed creating it. The exhibition was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the creativity and accomplishments of our young artists.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Rowe for his encouragement and passion for the arts. Through his guidance and expertise, students were inspired to explore their creativity, develop new skills and express themselves with confidence. His commitment to nurturing young artists played a significant role in the success of this year's exhibition.
