PARENT ANNOUNCEMENT (24)
FEBRUARY 19, 2026
SUPERINTENDENT’S UPDATE
Dear Parents,
As we enter the month of Ramadan, I would like to extend my warm wishes to all members of our ISG community who are observing.
Ramadan is a meaningful time marked by reflection, gratitude and intentional connection with family, friends and community. It is also a time that invites kindness and compassion, which are all values that resonate deeply within our schools.
We recognize that this period may bring changes to daily routines, and we appreciate the care and consideration shown across our campuses in supporting one another. Thank you for the spirit of understanding and respect that continues to define our diverse and connected community.
This Sunday, February 22, also marks the Saudi Founding day holiday. Saudi Founding day is a day to reflect on the history, values and traditions that continue to shape the Kingdom. We wish our ISG community a safe and restful long weekend and look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday.
PARTNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION
At ISG, we are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency and trust across all our schools. To ensure that every member of our community has opportunities to be heard and supported, we have clear approaches outlining our process for communicating and providing feedback. We have several processes in place to strengthen our partnerships, including our Communication flowcharts, our Partnership for Expectations and Commitments and our Whistleblower Process.
Ultimately, these efforts reflect our shared goal to build strong relationships that place each student at the center of our work to:
Enhance learning experiences and opportunities for every student
Support student wellbeing and belonging
Foster trust and collaboration between families and our schools
Respond to the individual needs of our students
As noted on the above linked communication flowcharts, please note that ordinarily learning discussions should be your child(ren)’s teachers; campus level discussions should be with Principals or Assistant Principals; schoolwide discussions should be with our Directors or with the Superintendent and policy and strategy discussions should be with the Superintendent or the Board depending upon the topic and/or concern.
Please also feel able to contact me directly at any time with questions or concerns at superintendent@isg.edu.sa.
For more information on the Whistleblower process, please see the link noted above. The feedback from this form is shared directly with selected members of the leadership team and the ISG Board Governance Chair.
In addition, all reports involving the ISG Superintendent are automatically escalated to the ISG Board Chair. This enhances the ISG commitment to a safe environment based on ethical standards with integrity. This process supports a confidential process of reporting serious misconduct, such as ethics violations, violations of law, fraudulent activity or substantial violations of ISG Board policy.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to the ISG parent and school partnership.
TRAFFIC CONCERNS AT THE DHAHRAN CAMPUS
We are aware of the ongoing traffic challenges affecting travel to and from our ISG campuses and recognize the daily delays and safety concerns this situation creates for our school community.
While ISG does not have direct authority over traffic management or the ability to assign traffic officers, we agree that this issue cannot be ignored. Our leadership team has consistently raised these concerns with local authorities through formal messages, site visits and the sharing of photos and documentation related to congestion and incidents. To date, these efforts have not resulted in a sustainable or long-term solution.
As a next step, we will be gathering structured feedback from our community through a survey. This information will allow us to clearly document the impact of the traffic situation and present detailed, community-based evidence to the relevant authorities with a renewed request for action. Our goal is to emphasize both the wellbeing concerns for our students, families and staff as well as the operational impact of daily delays and the broader safety .
We remain committed to working collaboratively with our community and local partners in pursuit of a safe, lasting solution and appreciate your continued engagement and support.
RE-ENROLLMENT FOR 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR HAS BEGUN
Re-enrollment for the upcoming school year began on February 8 and will close on March 8. ISG families should have received a personalized re-enrollment link through OpenApply to begin the process.
Thank you for the trust you place in ISG for the education of your child(ren) and for being an integral partner in our learning community. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our enrollment team is happy to support you at enrollment@isg.edu.sa. We look forward to continuing this journey together.
ISG COUNSELOR COHORT MEET TO STRENGTHEN OPPORTUNITIES FOR CONTINUED GROWTH
Our counseling teams recently came together as a cohort to deepen their work supporting students’ social and emotional learning, in collaboration with consultant Stacy Stephens. During this session, counselors reviewed student wellbeing data from across ISG, identifying both areas of strength and opportunities for continued growth.
This collaborative work is guiding next steps in strengthening school-wide Social and Emotional support and ensuring alignment with ISG’s strategic priority of wellbeing and belonging. The cohort’s efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to continuous reflection, evaluation and purposeful planning in support of every student’s success.
LEARNING AT ISG
CLASS SPOTLIGHT ON GRADE 11 & YEAR 12 AT ISG
This week our spotlight is on Grade 11 and Year 12 at ISG. We asked our students the question: What are you most proud of?
Each week, we’re shining a spotlight on learning across ISG by featuring a different grade level from our schools.
Our goal is to celebrate our students’ curiosity and hard work while giving parents a closer look at the value of an ISG education, where every lesson, discussion and experience is designed to inspire growth, confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
ISG DAMMAM INTERNATIONAL DAY
ISG Dammam recently celebrated the rich diversity of our community through a vibrant schoolwide global celebration. Students proudly represented their cultures through traditional dress, performances, a unity parade of flags and interactive cultural experiences across campus.
The day concluded with a joyful Color Festival, symbolizing togetherness and shared celebration. It was a powerful reminder that when we honor our differences, we strengthen our community and bring global citizenship to life.
We invite you to enjoy the video highlights from this special day.
