A Master of Guzheng from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Ms. Wong studied under Professor Xu Lingzi, a National First-Class Performer. She began learning the guzheng at the age of ten, initially under the tutelage of Hong Kong guzheng performer Mo Weiliang, and also studied koto with renowned performer Maya Kimura. During her studies, Ms. Wong was an exchange student at the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music and represented the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts Guzheng Ensemble on exchange performances in Taiwan, Shanghai, Xi'an, Yangzhou, and other cities.

Ms. Wong is currently a Guest Musical Tutor at The Education University of Hong Kong and has recently served as an adjudicator for major competitions such as the Hong Kong Music Talent Music Competition.

香港演藝學院古箏碩士，黃氏師從國家一級演奏員許菱子教授，自十歲開始習箏，啟蒙於香港古箏演奏家莫偉樑老師，亦隨著名演奏家木村麻耶老師習日本箏。在學期間黃氏曾於浙江音樂學院作交流生，代表香港演藝學院古箏團到訪台灣、上海、西安、揚州等地交流演出。

黃氏現為香港教育大學客席音樂導師，近年亦擔任香港演藝精盃中樂大賽等各大比賽評審。
