New Prague Aquatic Center: Pool Hours
New Prague Outdoor Pool
Open May 26 - August 15
Free Swim on Memorial Day (May 28) and July 4.
Hours: Open Swim: 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Lap Swim: Noon - 1:00 p.m.
Look for lots of special events at the outdoor pool - advertised online, at the pool and via social media.

Wibit Warrior 2018
Saturday, April 7
WiBit Warrior is a fun filled obstacle course on the water where children, adults and athletes of all shapes and sizes can come and test their skills on our inflatable aqua challenge course. Registration includes a WiBit Warrior special event t-shirt and cap. Registrants will have access to the course for 4 hours, where they will have an unlimited number of runs and attempts to emerge as the New Prague Aquatic Center’s WiBit Warrior. Prizes will be given out to the top three in each age category during a special awards ceremony following the day event. Do you have what it takes to be a WiBit Warrior?

Sunday, May 13th
Curious about what scuba diving is like? Interested in trying scuba diving? Wondering if this is for you? If so, get an introduction into scuba diving in the comfort of the pool and experience the joy of scuba diving. A certified scuba instructor will be with you in the pool during the program and you will get the opportunity to use scuba gear and learn some basic scuba skills. Bring a towel and swimwear.

Snorkeling Basics
Sunday, May 13th
Oh the things you will see! This is great class for those planning warm weather vacations or if you just want to check out the many lakes in our area. This is a perfect class to learn snorkeling skills in the pool and become a confident snorkeler. Bring a towel and swimwear.

Memberships

The Aquatic Center now offers two levels of memberships. You may choose to purchase a Platinum membership or Basic membership.
Memberships may be purchased at the Aquatic Center, online or the Community Education office at 410 Central Avenue North, Suite 200, New Prague, MN 56071.
Insurance Reimbursement
We are partnering with NIHCA, the National Independent Health Club Association, to offer you reimbursements through your insurance plan. If you have a qualifying health insurance plan and come a required number of visits you can generally earn up to $20 per month back on your membership.

Boga Fit
Are you ready to try a workout like you have never tried before? Boga Fit is a workout that offers many familiar exercises such as sit-ups and squats in a totally new format. This workout takes place on a specially designed water fitness board. These boards allow for controlled instability while performing various exercises which allows you to engage your muscles in a completely new way.
Boga fit is for anyone who is looking to improve their balance, strengthen their core, and have a blast while working out.

Neptune Swim and Dive Team
Spring Season Starting Soon!
Winter Short Course Season has come to a close with many swimmers representing Neptune Swim and Dive at the Minnesota Achievement Championship and Minnesota Regional Championship swim meets. Two Neptune swimmers also went on to compete at the Age Group State swim meet.
Spring and Summer Long Course swim team registration is now open.
Try-outs for new swimmers will be offered April 5th and 6th from 5 PM - 6 PM. No preregistration is required for try-outs.

Swimming Lessons
Summer Lesson Registration Open Now!
Community Education and the City of New Prague team up in offering group and private Red Cross Swim lessons taught by certified Water Safety Instructors. Lessons are offered year-round for infants through adults. Registration for summer is open now!
