Coach Homan

Coach Homan has been coaching for 8 years, 7 years have been in Jordan, 7 years in football, 6 years in basketball and this will be his 7th year in track, and I have also coached 1 year back home in Isle, Mn for basketball and baseball. 5 of my 7 years in football I coached on the offensive side of the ball. I was in charge of coaching the program wide offensive line and play calling for the lower levels. The last two years I have been on defense coaching the outside linebackers and Defensive play calling for the lower levels.

I grew up in Isle/Wahkon Mn, Near Mille Lacs Lake. After graduating from Isle High, I attended Central Lakes College in Brainerd Mn. Where I played football, my first year I started on both sides of the ball playing Defensive End and Offensive tackle, My second year I just played offensive guard. To be honest I had never played only one side of the ball before and that was a hard year to get used to that. Growing up in a small town that is all I knew. But it was better for the team so I was more fresh on the offensive line. I went on to attend St. Cloud State University to earn a Bachelor's in Physical Education and Health Education and also a minor in Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE)

I have been married to my Wife Jen for 5 years and we are blessed to have 4 children Juliann (7), Carly (4), Trevor (3) and Ryder (4 months), and many animals. Hobbies include working on the farm, family and team roping. I have taught at Jordan for 7 years.
