Coach Hennen

Scott Hennen, Wife Karen, kids Brandon, Makenzie, Ian

Scott Hennen has been coaching Football for 25 years. Scott started coaching Football in St. Peter with the JV/C teams and worked with the offensive and defensive linemen. Scott taught and coached for a year in Pasadena Texas in 1992. He worked with the 7th and 8th grade teams and with both offensive and defensive linemen. Coach Hennen coached in Belle Plaine system from 1993 through 2005 working with the defensive side of the ball through those years and being Assistant Head Coach/Defensive coordinator the last two. Scott then coached 7th grade Football in Jordan from 2006-09. In 2010 Scott moved up to the Varsity/JV/C He worked with the Linebackers for the first couple of years then more specifically with the Inside Linebackers the last four years. He has been a JV/C coach, then Co-Defensive Coordinator, and Assistant Head Coach. Scott has worked with staffs that have made it to the State Tournament twice and several Section Championship games, and several Conference Championships.

Scott teaches Biology for the Southwest Metro Intermediate District 288, and has taught there since 1993. He has coached Basketball and is currently the Throws Coach for the Jordan Track Team. Scott has lived in Jordan for the past 20 years. He and his family have been involved with many programs throughout their time hear in Jordan. He has been on the Board and is a past President of the Lions Organization in town, he is on the JBA Board, and is also on the Booster Club Board. His wife Karen has been involved with the board on Hope Lutheran Church and was active with the Girl Scouts for several years, along with parent activities with the kids as they went through their School and Sport activities. Their kids have been very active in their school and sport activities throughout their years.
