This is the Disease I Have

My name is Bob,I have a disease called Lirula Nervata. This disease makes my needles have severe damage. It can also reduce my tree growth. It causes my buds and branch [mostly on the lower part of the tree] and it kills my seedlings. I'm in a lot of pain! I do not know how to solve my problem. Someone needs to help me!

This is how you plant me.

Fall is the best season to plant me. First you want to rehydrate bare root trees by soaking them in a bucket of water for several hours before planting. When the tree is young you want to make sure you have a lot of water.Then you want to fertilize the tree. Over fertilizing it can damage it.Then keep watering it until it is matured. Then you are done.
