how old am I

I am not sure how old I am, but my tree bud Cassie says she thinks I am around 50 or 60 years old.

Where am I?

My tree buds brought out a GPS when they came out to see me. They put it by me and then some numbers and letters popped up on the screen. Cassie started writing them on her paper. It said N 47˚ 40.826 and W 92˚ 38.021. That is how you find me in the forest.

My tree buds Cassie and Skylar came to visit me.

Here is a poem I wrote about myself

The leaves are falling

from the trees in the forest.

They are red and gold.

personal illness narrative

Hi I am Arin the poplar tree. I am not feeling to well. I am not sure what it is but I think I have leaf eating caterpillars on my leaves. My friends have had there leaves die from it, but I never thought I would get them. There is a lacy appearance on me. I don't know for sure how to get rid of them maybe my buddy will spray pesticides on me. Maybe that will help. Lets hope so.

how to plant me

Pick a spot at least 50 feet away from the area you want to protect. Buy a sapling. Bigger saplings grow faster. You can start planting once the soil temperatures hit a minimum of 50 degrees fahrenheit. Dig a hole that is deep enough to hold your saplings root ball and twice as wide. After planting your poplar trees, pile a couple inches of mulch between the trees. Do not add more than 4 inches of mulch if you want to have it grow properly.
