Crafts for Charity
Crafting joy and happiness for others
This club is well-known in our school for creating crafts and projects that get donated to organizations in need (preferably local). It is a noble and selfless cause, but the members have so much fun at the same time. They bring joy to each other while making the crafts and joy to those who receive the gifts they have created.
The club meetings will not start until after the end of the first quarter. Meetings will be held on Tuesdays from 3:20-4:20pm in room 2-132. Regular participation is not mandatory, and there are no requirements to stay in the club! The meetings are really relaxed and in a school setting: we would usually have music playing and snacks provided. We also already have most or all of the materials (depending on the craft), so in a scenario where we must continue distance learning, material pickup will be offered. Also, you can use the hours or participation in creating crafts for both Key Club and Mayo Honors Society!
We have a Remind, and the code is @fa94hb
How to join: Anyone can join! We don't have requirements other than being positive; contributing toward setting up, making, and taking down the creating part of our crafting; participating with greater involvement - such as delivering crafts or gathering supplies - when comfortable.
