Royalton Bands

The Royalton Bands welcome you!! It is my pleasure working with your students and helping them grow throughout their musical journey here at Royalton.

Our band program starts by testing all 4th graders in the Spring. After each student is tested all scores are sent home and there is a Band Signup meeting that takes place in the High School Band Room. This is the start of everyones journey.

We offer a 5th grade band, 6th grade band, Junior High Band, and Senior High Band. We also offer a HS Jazz Band, 7-12 Pep Band, and a 7-12 Summer Marching Band.

Concerts are a Huge part of our program. This years concerts are listed below with who will be expected to attend each.

Fall Band Concert - Thursday, November 7th, 2019 @ 7pm in the South Gym - 5-12 Grade Bands

Holiday Concert - Monday, December 9th, 2019 @ 7pm in the South Gym - 7-12 Grade Bands/6-12 Choirs

Large Group Contest - Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020 @ 9am - 3pm @ Albany High School - 9-12 Grade Band

2nd Annual Student Lead Concert - Monday, March 9th, 2020 @ 7pm in the South Gym - 5-12 Bands

Band Cruise - Thursday, March 26th - Monday, March 30th, 2020 - 9-12 Grade Band

Solo/Ensemble Contest - Tuesday, April 7th, 2020 @ 9am - 3pm @ Sauk Centre - 9-12 Grade Band/Jazz Band

Pops Band Concert - Monday, May 4th, 2020 @ 7pm in the South Gym - 5-12 Grade Bands

Graduation - Friday, May 22nd, 2020 @ 7pm in the South Gym - 9-12 Grade Band

Memorial Day - Monday, 25th, 2020 @ 9:15am - 1pm - 7-12 Grade Band Students - Optional - Please play if in Town
