Distance Learning Plan

THE DEER RIVER DISTANCE LEARNING PLAN INCLUDES PLANS FROM BOTH BUILDINGS THAT ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

  • Schedule: What will be the organizational structure of the schedule?

  • Curriculum: What materials and resources will be used?

  • Delivery: What mechanisms will we use to deliver the instruction?

  • Equity: How will we ensure that students have equitable access to learning?

  • Special Education: How will we ensure special education services continued to be delivered in an appropriate way?

  • Progress: How will we monitor learning?

  • Attendance: How will we monitor attendance?

  • Support: What resources are in place to support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs?

  • Communication: How will we communicate with parents and children?

The plan has been addressed by our two buildings to meet the unique needs of each building and its students.
