A few notes before you make your choices:
Carefully read through the course descriptions on the following pages to understand course requirements and expectations before selecting your courses
Understand the sequencing of courses. If you would like to get to an upper level or capstone course prior to graduation, understand which courses are required in the years prior.
Check for courses that are either a prerequisite FOR another course or require a prerequisite BEFORE the course can be available to you.
Consider your course selections carefully! Counseling is working hard to reduce the number of schedule changes made each semester. We will alter schedules to fill ‘holes’, balance teacher rosters, and to accommodate changes due to serious academic reasons.
Course listings and information:
Courses classified as Art credit are listed below in orange text.

Students register through the Infinite Campus application
Students register in the classroom with teachers and counselors present to encourage appropriate course selection, course requests can be altered at any time during the registration window
Students are encouraged to speak with their teachers for recommendations on approriate courses and connect with parents/guardians prior to the close of the registration window
Course guides allow students to quickly look up courses that meet requirement towards graduation. These guides are grade specific including information and courses that are available at grade level. Students and families can utilize these guides to help navigate options for the following year. Students are encouraged to consider long term implications of each course in making their selections keeping in mind which options allow for the intended benefit through exploration, balance and future course selection.
Orange Text also indicates courses that satisfy Art Credit.
Look for symbols that indicate information about the courses listed on both the Course Selection Guides and on the Course Catalog. These symbols give you quick reference to course that have specific requirements or offer additional benefits.
Banners also indicate which courses are part of a career Pathway. Use these banners to quickly identify which pathway(s) a course is associated with.
There are 7 hours in the day and two semesters – this means that there are 14 slots to fill with a course number. Full year courses take up a slot each semester (and therefore have 2 numbers). As a guide –
14 numbers (or 7 credits) = no study halls
13 numbers (or 6.5 credits) = 1 study hall (semester 1 or 2)
12 numbers (or 6 credits) = 2 study halls (one each semester)

Students and families can access the registration information through both the Student Portal Campus Application and the Parent Portal Campus Application.
Families can access student information through: Parent Portal - Campus > Academic Plan > Select "Next" (no Post Grad Location or Post Gran Plans required).
Note - The Campus application is designed for students to develop a 4 year plan, for registration, we do not use this feature. As a result, when submitting your student's information, there may be several "Alerts" that pop up. Your student is able to save requests by clicking the save feature and ignoring the alerts in the 4 year planning tool.
