Device Problems

Oh no the screen on my iPad broke what do I do? I can't log into my emial what do I do? My WebEx or Zoom link is not working. Schoology or Seesaw does not seem right what do I do?

If your screen is cracked but everything seems to be working you can continue to use your iPad. If you screen is broken and the device does not work or the glass could cause injury please make arrangements to return the broken iPad to the King School or DRHS offices or Media Center. A loaner device will be issued and available for pick up. If you call ahead you likely will be able to pick up the loaner and drop off the broken device at the same time.
