What time does school start?
At Bemidji High School, the school day goes from 8:05 am to 3:05 pm.
What do I need to know about school pictures?
Picture Day was September 14, 2023. Retakes were on October 12, 2023. Pictures will be ordered through Jostens Pix at shop.jostenspix.com with Event Code FE148323. Please note: All students must have their picture taken so that student ID cards can be printed.
***Attention! It has been brought to our attention that there were printing issues with ordered school photos. If you have been affected by this please call Jostens Customer Care Line at 877-515-1447 and choose Option #1. Jostens will issue you a reprint.
When is the last day of school?
For 9-11th grade, their last day of class is Tuesday, May 30, 2024.
For 12th grade, their last day of class is Friday, May 24, 2024.
When is graduation?
Graduation is typically held on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend--this year's graduation is on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 10 am at the Bemidji Sanford Center.
Does BHS have a lost and found?
Yes, there is a lost and found in the entryway of the media center. Students can check there for lost or misplaced items.
Can I have something delivered to my student during the school day?
The offices do not have the personnel to make deliveries to students during the school day. Only emergency messages from parents/guardians will be delivered. Balloons or flowers will not be delivered to classrooms--students may pick them up in the main office after school.
Can students have door dash delivered to the high school?
The high school will not allow deliveries of door dash or any other food during the school day.
How will breakfast and lunch work at the high school this year?
Breakfast and lunch are served daily to all students at no cost. Your student will need money in their lunch account if they would like to purchase an Ala Cart or Second Entree item. Money can be added to student accounts online at https://bemidji.revtrak.net/
Where does my student buy a parking permit?
Paring permits are to be purchased online at https://bemidji.revtrak.net/bhs/#/f/bhs-parking-pass. Once purchased online, the actual permit can be picked up at the main office.
How does my student pay shop fees?
Shop fees can be paid online at https://bemidji.revtrak.net/bhs/#/v/bhs-shop-fees-pay.
How does my student pay art fees?
Fees for art classes should be paid directly to the classroom teacher.
What if my student needs to take medication while they are at school?
