Media Center: Immediately off The Commons, the BHS Charles W. Scrutchin Media Center seats over 100 students. The Blue Ox Boardroom (formerly the Career Center), a 24-station iMac lab, and the Media Production class are adjacent to the Media Center.

Erin Curran, Media Specialist, and Lisa Graefe, Media Assistant, are available throughout the student day to assist staff and students with finding books for pleasure reading or class assignments and to help with research. Student and staff recommendations for acquisitions are highly encouraged; please stop by and let us know about your favorite titles.

Hours on Regular School Days:

Please check the media center each term for the hours that it will be open to students.

Services: Media Center services include an extensive library collection of fiction, non-fiction, and print references; computers for research, typing papers, and other class assignments; printing services for all patrons and audio-visual supplies for staff.

Computers are available for students to use throughout the day. Students must have an Internet Acceptable Use Permission Form on file to access the Internet.

Black and white laser printing may be done for class assignments at no charge.
