NOTICE: ANY REGISTRATIONS AFTER AUGUST 30, 2024, WILL NOT HAVE BUSING THE FIRST WEEK. 

Any requests after August 25 are not guaranteed bussing the first week. Requests after August 25th may take up to 10 days as the volume of changes during this time is very high and takes time to process. If your address changes after filling out a bus request, fill out a new request and note in the comments that you moved.

Please fill out one registration for each student.

Please complete this bus form regardless if your child needs or does not need transportation. This information will be used for efficiency purposes and planning for parent traffic patterns at each of our locations. Due to bus driver shortages, please do not register to ride if only planning to use as a backup.

Please do not complete this form if your child is provided special transportation per their IEP. Please contact your child’s case manager.
