Spanish 4

Spanish 3 & 4 are taught in the same class period. Because of this, there are days when Spanish 3 is taught and Spanish 4 is working independently and vice versa. Here are brief descriptions of each course.

Spanish 4 Description

This course builds on what the student has learned in Spanish 1, 2 & 3. The student will review the present, preterite, imperfect, simple future, present perfect and pluperfect tenses. They will then be introduced to the subjunctive mood. Emphasis is placed on vocabulary, speaking and listening exercises as well as reading and writing skills. This course is offered at the same time as Spanish 3 so it may run on a modified blended schedule. Students will have direct instruction one day and practice work the next.

Prerequisite: Spanish 1, 2 & 3
