Overview: What is Blended Learning?
Blended learning combines traditional face-to-face teaching methods with online learning opportunities. The goal of blended learning is to leverage technology to give students voice and choice in their learning. Four avenues for student agency are pace, path, time, and place.
Pace: Students control how quickly they move through lesson material
Path: Students have multiple ways to learn the material, or multiple ways to show mastery
Time and place: Students have choice in when or where learning takes place.
