Today in class we prepared muffins. Before we went into the kitchen lab we talked about the muffin method of cooking. What characteristics a perfect muffin should have. We filled out our worksheet. Each unit submitted their best muffin and we had a competition to see who baked the best muffin. Make sure you fill out your lab evaluation in your recipe book.
