About Mrs. Putnam

Hi! I have been teaching since 1993. My first classroom was a Special Education classroom, which I taught for 7 years. Then I became a 3rd Grade Teacher for IRCSD for 11 years. I moved to Kindergarten for 7 years! Currently I teach AIS (Academic Intervention Services) as a Reading Specialist. I can't imagine a better profession than teaching!

I have been married FOREVER and have 3 children. My husband is a retired Global History teacher. My daughter is finishing her Master's degree. My oldest son is a journeyman electrician. My youngest son is also in college. I love to travel with my family, campfires, read and spend time with my friends.
