Hello,

I am Mr. Howard and this is my 29th year of teaching. I have taught first, second, third, and fourth grades. I have worked in Evans Mills Primary, Antwerp Primary, Theresa Primary and the Indian River Intermediate School. Fourth grade is my favorite place to be. I have an undergraduate degree in Business Management from SUNY Plattsburgh. I worked for JCPenney company for several years. Then, I decided to go back to school at SUNY Potsdam for my master's degree in Education. I love teaching kids and look forward to meeting your child.
