If you’re ready to meet and exceed your goals next winter, Freestyle has to be part of your plan. We are proud to create this opportunity to improve technique, compete at a high level, and make you more successful.  We will also be adding a weekly Greco night this year.

We are very excited to have our program led by 3x World Champion & 12x World Medalist Octavius Bellamy!!!

Grades 6th-12th:

Dates:           March 17 to May 31, 2025

Practices:       Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30-8:15pm @ NVHS
                            Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30-8:15pm @ PNHS
                            Sunday Folkstyle Open Mats Time TBD @ PNHS

Locations:       Neuqua Valley HS, 2360 95th St, Naperville, IL
                            Plainfield North HS, 12005 248th Ave, Plainfield, IL

Competitions:    Tournaments on Weekends (not included in fee)

Gear:            Red AND a Blue freestyle singlets (not included)
                        Season fee includes warm-up shirt

Freestyle Girls

West Suburban Girls

Location:      Metea Valley HS, 1801 N Eola Rd, Aurora, IL
Dates:            March 11 to late-May 2025
Practices:    Tuesdays & Thursdays (6:30-8:30pm)
Competitions: Tournaments on Weekends (not included in fee)    
Ages:              14U, 16U & Junior Divisions (birth years 2012 & earlier)
Experience:   No prior freestyle experience is required so long as you have at least wrestled a season of folkstyle (club or school)
Gear:               Includes warm-up shirt
Session  Cost:  $195
Singlet Cost:  $80 (includes 2 WSGW freestyle singlets, red & blue)
