Each day for Serenity week is listed in the rows below. Take a look at each day's focus and consider bringing these skills into your classroom lessons. There is also a "share your lesson" button for each day. Please consider sharing your lessons, photos, ideas, etc. and post to social media #healthmovesminds

Monday

Do an act of kindness and share it on social media to #healthmovesminds and #kindnesschallenge

Take a look and scroll on the tweets at the right to see what some people have already done.

Also, stop by the lunchroom at Main on Monday and BFC on Tuesday and be the "i" in kind by taking a photo and posting it.

We will also have this year's health. moves. minds. wristbands by the mailboxes at each campus. This year they are green. be sure to pick one up and show your support.

Tuesday

The P.E. and Health classes are teaching a lesson on Monday regarding mindfulness. The lesson focuses on phone/screen time usage. Take a look at the lesson on the right.

Advocacy Lesson

The You Matter group will be in the cafeteria at each school today getting everyone to pledge to fight the stigma of mental illness and will be tying on green yarn wristbands to show you support the cause.

Friday

Come down to the gym and enjoy a number of great activities offered to all the students and staff. Also, we will be practicing gratitude by having all students write a thank you on a leaf and putting it on our trees of gratitude.
