Fitness Calendar

Hi Brooks Families,

The Fitness Calendar program is here for the 2021-2022 school year. This is a voluntary program designed for students who want to be active everyday and need a little assistance/direction. Every month a new calendar will be posted and your child can print the calendar off at home to follow along. The calendar is filled with simple ideas for students to exercise, practice skills or think about their health choices for each day of the month. Students who submit a complete fitness calendar (per the calendar directions) at the end of the month will be recognized during morning announcements and will have their photo on the video screen in the school atrium. If you participate remember it's not just about "getting it done". Enjoy the exercise/workout/activity, especially if you are doing it with a friend or with your family. I hope you have fun and happy exercising!
