Eufemia "Ka Femia" Campos Cullamat is a Lumad leader from the Manobo tribe of Mindanao. She is a former representative of Bayan Muna Partylist under the 18th Congress of the House of Representatives of the Philippines. Before becoming a member of the House, she has been forwarding the plight of indigenous peoples through KALUMARAN, an organization of Lumad people in Mindanao. Currently, Ka Femia is the spokesperson and a member of the national council of the Sandugo Movement of Moro and Indigenous People for Self-Determination. Sandugo is an alliance of different tribes all over the Philippines and was established during the Lakbayan ng Pambansang Minorya year 2016 in UP Diliman.
