Director of Sales outside Québec
The Director of Sales outside Quebec will be responsible for all aspects of the sale on its territory. He will also act as an advisor for the adaptation of the marketing materials of the company. Its primary mandate will be to define a strategic sales plan to develop the North American market. It will identify and engage new clients, negotiate contracts, close sales, participate in trade shows, establish sales forecasts and produce regular reports. He will also develop, train and manage his local sales team by developing account strategies that maximize efficiency and results.
Identification, coordination and participation in prospecting missions;
Identification, coordination and participation in trade fairs;
Marketing of our solution to 1300+ business incubators / accelerators in North America;
Development of a commercial offer for specific and targeted niches (ex: franchisees, condominium syndicates, real estate agents, etc.);
Establishment and training of a network of resellers;
Management and coordination of the online support service;
Implementation and management of marketing tools (CRM, newsletters, promotional videos, etc.);
Hiring and training of new sales employees;
Active participation in the company's marketing reflection process;
All other related tasks.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have superior sales skills, great ease in contacting new prospects, building lasting relationships with clients and making professional presentations. He will also have to show leadership, diplomacy and know how to train and motivate a winning team. His past experience will show his tenacity, his superior results and his ability to carve out a place of choice in relation to the competition.
University training in administration, marketing, communication or other relevant field;
Experience of 5 to 7 years in selling preferably in web applications;
Experience in setting up marketing networks;
Experience in remote personnel management;
Perfect bilingualism is required because the incumbent will have to work in English while communicating regularly with Quebec teams.
