Wartburg Center

The Wartburg Center is located in Mount Vernon. Wartburg offers short-term respite care in Westchester, NY, to provide caregivers with temporary relief from their duties. Respite stays at our nursing home range from two to 30 days, with assisted living or skilled nursing services, as needed. We also offer respite care for those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
