JOB DUTIES (but not limited to)

• Appointment Setter

*Call people to set up interviews for the hiring manager.

*Assist in the process of paperwork and contracting.

*Follow up, support and aid individuals, addressing their concerns and assisting them in resolving issues.

• The perfect person for the position will have the ability to solve problems and be great at dealing with different personality types.

• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH very well. 

• We are hiring for morning and afternoon time slots: Monday-Friday 4 hours per day (20 hours per week). 

  • Morning time slot: 8 AM EST to 12 PM EST.

  • Afternoon time slot: 2 PM EST to 6 PM EST.

• Keep in mind USA recognizes Daylight Saving Time.

• Do anything that is asked of you, as long as it is moral & ethical.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Own an 8th generation or newer desktop or laptop with webcam and headset for remote work.

• University degree (social sciences or related fields are a plus).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).

• Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.

COMPENSATION (US Dollars):

You will be expected to work 20 hours a week (4 hours a day) and payment is in a two week cycle. The compensation rate works as follows, as long as your work proficiency is acceptable.

• $260.00/month for the first 6 months. 

• $281.00/month for the next 12 months. 

• $303.00/month for the next 6 months. 

• $325.00/month after 24 months. Plus $37.50/Mo for health insurance.
