Bio

Jennifer Gao is a high school senior based in Clarksville, Maryland. She wrote her first original song at the ripe age of three. Though she doesn't remember the precise lyrics nor tune of said song, her love for musical expressivity has stuck with her throughout childhood. She began learning music production to improve her technical skills and further experiment with the infinite spectrum of sound, with an aim for sophisticated emotional expression.

Outside of composing music, Jennifer enjoys taking leisurely strolls in the woods and recording the birds, the creek, and the wind on her phone. Nature is a great source of inspiration for her works. She also makes digital art and writes poetry.
