Thank you for supporting the 2018 Inspire Elementary Jog-A-Thon! All funds raised will go to Inspire's PTO which serves to support the education of the children at Inspire Elementary. Donations will benefit ALL students at Inspire!
Our fall fundraiser, the Jog-A-Thon, will be held on Friday, October 5th, 2018! Students will run laps at school and secure pledges per lap and/or a flat donation. Pledge packets have been sent home in Friday Folders (please contact us if your student hasn’t received one). Pledges are to be turned in by the following Friday, October 12th.
Payments may be collected in cash or check (made out to Inspire PTO), or right here online by clicking the donate button.

Q: What is a Jog-A-Thon?
A: The Jog-A-Thon is a fundraiser for Inspire Elementary’s PTO. All funds raised will be used to support the school - classroom supplies, specials classes, books, etc.
Q: How is the money raised?
A: Sponsors can choose to either pledge an amount per lap, or give a flat donation. Students will bring their race bib home after the event which will have a tally for each lap they completed. Families can use this to calculate total pledges to be collected. Pledge envelopes are due the following Friday, October 12thand can be turned in to your child’s teacher.
Q: How far will children be running?
A: Each lap is approximately 1/8 of a mile. Students can run or walk as many laps as they can in 30 minutes.
Q: What if my child doesn’t raise any money?
A: There is no requirement to raise money! Every child will be cheered on and celebrated as they run laps for Inspire!
Q: When is the Jog-A-Thon?
A: The Jog-A-Thon event will be held on Friday, October 5thon the grass fields at Inspire. Kindergarten classes will start at 8:15am, and 1st– 3rdgrade classes will start at 9:30am. Pledge envelopes are due on Friday October 12th.
Q: What will my child need to bring to participate in the Jog-A-Thon?
A: Each child will need to wear running shoes, comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle labeled with their name. We will have water refill stations so that everyone stays hydrated!
Q: Are families welcome?
A: Yes! We encourage parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents and anyone else to come and cheer for the students.
