You are the director of a non-profit organization in a small community, and there is concern regarding funding for the next fiscal year . 

The accounting manager just sent an email that Federal funding for next year has been cut and you are losing major programming. In addition, there are going to be layoffs to offset the loss. They copied the entire office on the email by mistake.
