The conference dinner will take place on Thursday evening, at Restaurant Tre Galline, in the city centre.

The cost for the dinner is 50 euros per person.

The conference is an opportunity to discuss among the leading specialists in the food sector, coming from academies, research institutes, control bodies and industries.

The first session is dedicated to the measurement techniques of analytical parameters based on the use of chemometrics or specific software algorithms. The second session aims to provide new approaches and strategies to use or develop new analytical methods. The third session aims to provide some metrological strategies for the method's validation and for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty.

The goal of the conference is to promote collaborations and projects in the food sector starting from oil as a model system.
