Inola Public Schools
Enrollment Information
Parents new to Inola will complete enrollment for their children at the site where the child will attend school. Grades 4K - 4 are at the Elementary School (450 B Street NW), Grades 5 - 8 are at the Middle School (803 E Commercial), and Grades 9 - 12 are at the High School (801 E Commercial). Tuesday - Friday beginning July 26, 2023. More information can be found below.
Much of the enrollment process can be completed online. Instructions for accessing our Student Records Portal can be found here.
Only legal guardians (parent(s) or court-appointed legal guardian) may enroll a student. Legal guardians must bring in a valid driver's license, valid state-issued picture ID, or passport.
Enrollment cannot be accepted until all required forms are complete and the required documents are received.
Instructions for accessing the required forms are available here.
PLEASE NOTE: The office does not obtain your required documents for you. We only request a student's cumulative file from the previous school to be sent after a student is enrolled; therefore, you must bring in your student's required documents, such as birth certificate and immunization record (or a completed and signed exemption form) at the time of enrollment.
Students who attended Inola Public Schools last school year are considered "Current Students" and do not need to submit new documentation; however, there are forms which must be completed each school year to maintain enrollment. Instructions for completing the yearly forms required can be found here (scroll down the page to access the returning student instructions).
The district map for Inola Public Schools is provided to the left. Students who live in this area are able to attend Inola without completing a transfer application. To check your physical address, click on the box in the upper right corner of the map. It will open in a new window where there will be a magnifying glass, allowing you to enter your address to see if it is within the boundary. All students new to the district must provide proof of residence (usually a utility bill) showing they reside in the district.
If you reside outside of the district, please review the information below for Transfer Students to begin the application process.
The application for student transfers may be found here. The application form must be fully completed and submitted with all required documents before it will be considered for transfer. The required documents need to be obtained from your child's current school.
