Article 7 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information)

The personal information of members shall be destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved. (Here, "when the purpose of use is achieved" means the withdrawal request, expiration of the service contract, or withdrawal.) However, if there is a storage period prescribed by the company's internal policies or related laws and regulations, it shall be stored for a certain period of time and then destroyed. Personal information printed on paper shall be pulverized or incinerated to be destroyed, and records stored in the form of electronic files shall be deleted using a technical method that cannot be reproduced.

Article 8 (Measures for Long-Term Unused Members)

Long-term unused members refer to members who have not used the service for one year. The company keeps or deletes this member's personal information separately, and the stored personal information is stored for five years and destroyed without delay.

Article 9 (Obligation of rights and duties of data subjects and legal representatives and methods of exercise)

Members can inquire or modify their personal information at any time and request withdrawal or termination of consent to collection/use. The company collects only the minimum behavioral information required for online customized advertisements and does not collect sensitive behavioral information that may clearly infringe on individual rights interests or privacy, such as thoughts, beliefs, family and relatives, educational background, and other social activities.

Article 12 (Method of Relief for Infringement of Rights and Interests of Data Subjects)
