Daily Screening (Students and Staff)
If you answered Yes to any of the questions on the screening, that means you will have failed your screening and a red Stop message will display.
On the Stop screen, you will be given specific instructions. Staff and students who will not be able to attend school in this situation, but will be able to attend and work remotely. Information will be provided to allow for this.
If your student failed a screening,
Contact your school office to notify them of the test results,
If you are a staff member, contact your supervisor or principal,
Receive additional information on how to attend classes/work remotely,
If you are a staff member, email email@example.com for more information,
Contact your healthcare provider to obtain a COVID-19 test.

For GUESTS and Visitors
A check-in for everyone
Everyone must check in when entering an Ingenium school campus. Checking in consists of providing simple information and about yourself and answering a series of screening questions required by the LA County Department of Public Health.
These questions, coupled with having your temperature taken at the school, will help our staff know whether it is safe for you to be on site.
