Starting Point.

We started deconstruction before taking this picture.  The original stairs, balusters, and deck boards had to be removed.

Laying out the foundation posts.

Posts set.

Support (Box Beam) set.

Wrap around walkway joists set.  We also laid C-balust and weed barrier material down.  We also extended the rain gutter down pipes. 

Decking boards a in place but the rain put a stop on production.

After the rain, production will continue.

We wanted to get some of the material off the ground.  We also consolidated the material.

Here we just wrapped up the second level stair, ramp, and some smaller tasks. 

Finished project:  Upper level taken from the lower level. 

Lower level taken from the lower level steps.  Here you can see how it wraps around the back of the house and joins the ground level for easy access.  

Ramp and upper level steps finished.  To the right of the steps is a flower pot holder.  

Final project.  This was an awesome project.
