Submit an abstract
Submissions can be made for presentations, posters, panel discussions, workshops and country/institutional reports on the following topics:
Advancing Open Science
Strengthen exchange, innovation, and cooperation
Re-inventing the future: tools and services
Sustainability challenges for biodiversity libraries
Ensuring access to knowledge and information
UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (Ocean Decade 2021-2030)
Aquatic libraries involved in science communication
Deadline for abstract submission is March 15. Submit your abstract by filling in this form.
Abstract acceptance notification is March 24.
The decision of abstract acceptance will be judged by the Conference Program Committee.
Duration is based on type of submission:
Oral presentations: 15-20 minutes per presentation
Posters: short graphic presentations and oral presentation (5-10 minutes); poster dimensions: max 130x90 cm
Reports: Regional, Country, Institution or Library Reports – 5-10 minutes oral presentation
Sponsor Presentations: 10-15 minutes
Workshops: no limitation
All presentations will be included in conference proceedings as a full paper or abstract!
