ESR positions offered
We are pleased to announce the availability of one Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) positions to carry out PhD thesis on the topics of the ACO project (see Goals): millimetre instrumentation, astronomical observations and modelling, star formation, experimental and theoretical chemistry, and advanced data and modelling analysis tools.

Successful applicants will be offered a 36-month employee contract at one of the thirteen beneficiaries, and receive a salary for ESRs set out by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) regulations. The salary includes a living allowance, a mobility allowance and, if appropriate, a family allowance.

In the mail, please include a letter of interest, a CV in pdf format including your marks in the Master courses and at least one recommendation letter.
Crucial dates (2019)
Applications will be considered until the relevant position is filled up.
European and non-European students are invited to apply to any of the 17 fellowships. To be eligible, the candidate needs to:
- be in the first four years of her/his research career, since, e.g., completion of master degree, and not have been awarded a doctoral degree;
- must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, ect.) in the country of the institution that recruits the student for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before the recruitment date;
- be willing to spend at least 6 months in another institute/country of the network during the PhD thesis period.
An eligibility screening will take place immediately after the closure of the online applications. This will be done by the ACO coordination staff at University Grenoble Alpes. Applicants who do not appear to comply with the eligibility criteria listed above will be asked to provide more evidence: applicants who cannot demonstrate their eligibility will be notified by ACO and excluded by the selection.
Eligible applications will be considered by a committee consisting of the future thesis supervisor(s), the relevant Work Package Coordinator, and the ACO network Coordinator and Deputy.
The selection panel will select candidates for an (virtual) interview.
Candidates will be ranked by each selection panel including a list of reserve candidates.
Candidates will be informed of the final outcome by the ACO Coordinator as soon as possible after the selection process has concluded (see below, Crucial dates).
