Waiver and Information Form
After attending a volunteer orientation, there are two things we need prospective volunteers to do:
Volunteer Expectations
As a volunteer you are a representative of our organization. Which is great because you can help share our work with the community! This also means we are counting on you to:
Be professional and courteous
Provide excellent customer service
Keep all donor, student, and grant information confidential
Be dependable, prompt, reliable, and communicative
REMEMBER
To present yourself as an IOE volunteer, not a staff member
If you can’t answer a question, that’s okay!
If you encounter someone angry/unhappy/disruptive, please refer them to an IOE staff member
