Zoraida Cordero is a macro social worker, nonprofit strategist, and civic educator with over 12 years of experience supporting community-centered organizations, small business founders, and public service initiatives.

She is the founder of Impactful Solutions LLC, a bilingual consulting and facilitation firm that provides equity-informed support across three focus areas: civic engagement, nonprofit development, and small business growth. Through personalized coaching, strategic planning, and systems-building, Zoraida helps mission-driven leaders move from vision to action with clarity and confidence.

Her work bridges strategy with sustainability, offering services such as grant writing, program design, board development, startup structure, branding, and leadership development. As a veteran, educator, and trusted voice in the field, Zoraida is known for her collaborative, people-first approach and her ability to meet clients exactly where they are while guiding them toward measurable impact.
