The implementation of HRS4R at IMol.
The HR Excellence in Research logo is a prestigious distinction aimed at increasing the attractiveness of working conditions and career development for researchers in the EU. It is awarded to institutions that provide the best working conditions for researchers and conduct recruitment processes in a transparent manner and in accordance with the guidelines of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
Since December 2024, IMol is in the "Initial Assessment & Granting" phase of the HR Excellence in Research Award granting process.

Mission of the project
On our path to obtaining the prestigious HR Excellence in Research award, IMol undertakes numerous actions aimed at improving procedures for recruiting, employing and supporting the development of researchers. In the initial phase of self-evaluation, we targeted various parts of these processes at our institute that show room for improvement. In the following phases, we will address them by implementing corrective actions and introducing changes in areas that need them most.
