Cross Country

Kelly Smedley has been a runner since the age of 14 and ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track throughout high school and college. She was a Division 1 distance runner for indoor and outdoor track at the University of Delaware and has run a marathon and several half marathons. Kelly is a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist and owner/founder of Waypoint Counseling & Maternal Wellness. She is mom to three ICS alums -  Jake,  Ben, Leah, and one current ICS student - Anna (6th). Kelly is excited to share her love of running with her team and looks forward to having a great season!
