Summer Series 2020 Professional Development


Life as a teacher Begins the day you realize that you are Always a learner

Various virtual session will be offered throughout the summer.

Teachers, Admin, Substitutes, and Classified Staff from IMESD Regional Schools are all invited to take any of the sessions offered.

Topics will include:

  • Working alongside and Supporting Parents

  • Hands on Math

  • Google Classroom

  • Seesaw

  • Providing Feedback to Students

  • The Bitmoji Classroom

At this time there is no need to register. A Zoom or Google Meet link will be posted. Please join when you can.

Optional EOU Credit and PDU Information for Summer Series Only

Offered by Eastern Oregon University

1 Graduate Credit = 10 Hours of interactive sessions, no recorded webinars.

$100 a Credit

Participants are responsible for mailing in their registration information and money to EOU upon completion of all sessions they attend for this summer. Be sure to fill in total number of credits and payment amount, there is a cap of 2 credits allowed in a summer. Forms must be submitted by the end of Summer Session at EOU.

Example: You would need to attend and participate in 10 different 1 hour online sessions for 1 EOU credit, or 20 different 1 hour online sessions for 2 EOU credits.
