This summer, our youngest explorers will dive into a world of sensory wonder through the magic of rain, the rhythm of the jungle, and the beauty of the sky. Through gentle songs, tactile crafts, and messy play, children will discover new textures and sounds in a nurturing environment. Each session is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and encourage tiny hands to create, play, and grow.

English is the main language in the classroom, creating a fun and natural environment for children from all language backgrounds.
Japanese support is available when needed, and our caring native and bilingual teachers help every child feel comfortable as they play, learn, and make new friends.
▶ A Great Way to Try Out Our School Before Enrolling!
Our summer program offers a great chance for children to explore what our school is like before officially enrolling. Summer program students will be joining our regular students, so if you decide to enroll later, your child will already recognize many familiar faces.

Children that join the summer program can receive a 10% discount on the registration fee if they enroll in a Toddler full day program (2, 3 or 5 days/week) or Toddler short day program (5 days/week)!
This offer only applies if the child enrolls to start a regular program on or before September 1st, 2026.
Please let staff know if you are thinking of enrolling in a regular program, as priority will be given to these children to join the summer program.

・9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (4 hours)
▶ Extended care before or after the program is not available.
If pick-up is after 1:10 PM, an additional late care fee will apply. Please be aware of this in advance.

▶ The usual price of drop-in care for one week is ￥40,000, so you can save 10% by coming during this time!
▶ To allow different children the opportunity to enjoy the summer program, we kindly ask that each child joins just one session.
▶ There is no enrollment fee for the Summer Program.
▶This program is designed as a 5-day curriculum. Partial attendance is possible; however, the fee is fixed, and no discounts or refunds will be provided based on the number of days attended.
▶ There will be no school lunches available for the Summer Program. Lunch must be brought from home.

9:30～9:45 Circle Time
9:50 Snack, Bathroom Break, and Preparing for Walk
10:10～11:30 Outside time
Change clothes when arriving back at school
11:45～12:30 Lunch (Please bring your child’s lunch)
Bathroom Break, Brushing Teeth, and Preparing to Go Home
12:30～13:00 Activity Time (For Summer Program participants only)
13:00 Pick-up and End of Day Report to Parents
▶When going outside, we take special care on hot days to shorten the time outside, stay in the shade, and enjoy some water play.
▶Summer Program students can enter from 9:00 am. If you arrive before 9:00, please wait quietly in the hallway until it is time to enter.
▶Class staff will share a report about your child’s day at 1:00 pm. We appreciate your help in picking up on time.

Flow of Application for the program and payment
・All applicants will be contacted regarding the outcome of their application. Due to limited space, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate every applicant.
・After confirming your participation, we will send you the invoice, registration form, and information about required items.
・After confirmation, please make the payment for the participation fee at the school reception within one week.
[Payment Methods] Cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB, Amex, Discover) are accepted.
※ Please note that touch payments (contactless payments) are not available.
※ If it is difficult for you to come to the school, please contact us. (Bank transfer can be arranged.)
Refund Policy
・There are no refunds for days absent.
・In case of unforeseen absence due to illness or personal reasons, we are unable to refund tuition or change days of attendance.
・We cannot accept children who display symptoms such as: fever exceeding 37.5°, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea or any other illness that may be contagious to others.
