Pow! 💥 We're so glad you like our designs! Our customizable designs live on Clayton Kendal for print materials or you can utilize our Canva templates. If you have specific feedback on a marketing asset that you feel we are missing, please submit your request by using this form. 

Once we have these details we will review internally. Please allow at least 2 business days for marketing to review your order and 5 business days for delivery of first proof. Note: To be safe, please submit custom orders more than 2 weeks prior to due date. This will help us ensure we can provide the assets you need. 

Pricing and delivery will be quoted based on request and require a review and approval by both you and the Corporate marketing team. We will contact you if we move forward with your request. If concept is not approved, we will work to provide alternative options to meet your needs.

If your agency is not performing please schedule a 1-on-1 review with your agency success manager. Prior to the call, Request a performance summary report that outlines your overall campaign budget.

What we need from you to get started

• We will use your studio email to get you started on Planable. If you would like to use a different email address you can update that information once you've logged in.

• For multi-studio owners, would you like your studios to be managed in one workspace or separate?

• We will need to authenticate your Instagram account to Facebook business Manager. This will require your username and password or a quick 10-minute call where we can walk through the process together.
