We're "Off to the Races" in 2026! And the exhibit hall layout in the convention center is changing! iLandscape refreshes the exhibit hall layout to keep the show fresh and improve traffic flow. Typically, the layouts will change every 2-3 years.
iLandscape staff will send you an email with a link to submit your deposit and select your booth for the show.
iLandscape has a wait list for companies wanting to exhibit at the show. Please click HERE to join the wait list. When booths become available, we will contact you.
iLandscape uses a priority point system. Exhibitors are awarded (1) point for every year they have exhibited at the iLandscape show. Our staff will contact each exhibitor - in priority point order - to select their new booth location. We start with exhibitors who have the most priority points and work our way down the list.
When exhibitors have the same amount of priority points, we will look at when the deposit was submitted to determine who goes first.
A few factors are taken into consideration. First, we make sure last year's exhibitors have a booth space. We also make sure that exhibitors who have booth space in the convention center (Discovery Hall) are not bumped out due to another company increasing their size.
We recommend you select your booth based on the previous years size. Then, we will add you to a list of exhibitors requesting larger booths. Once everyone has been placed in the show, we look at what's left and if expansion is possible. We proceed down that list in prioirity point order too.
Typically, exhibitors who have 10 priority points or higher have booths in the convention center (Discovery Hall).
We are currently working with exhibitors who have 13.4 priority points or higher.
