At ILA Vietnam, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. If you would like us to delete your personal data related to the ILA Smart Learning app, please follow the instructions below.

1. Please provide the following information to help us identify your records accurately:
   
   

   • Student's full name

   • Parent/guardian full name

   • Registered email address or phone number

   • Course or class information (if known)
     
     

2. Send your data deletion request to our official email:
   product@ilavietnam.edu.vn
   
   

3. Our Data Protection Team will verify your request and respond within 10 business days with confirmation or any follow-up questions.

Important Notes

• Deleting your data will permanently remove your account and all associated learning progress stored in our system.

• This action cannot be undone.
